We would like to recognize the outstanding service of Tiffany Stechschulte. She went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home. We first met Tiffany at an open house when my husband was offered the Presidency of Merritt College.
When we were still living in Los Angeles, Tiffany contacted us on a daily basis with updated information on the northern California housing market. We were unfamiliar with the area, however, Tiffany drove us around the community and helped our family become comfortable. We are thrilled with our move to Oakland.

We can't say enough good things about Tiffany. She is energetic and pleasant and professional, it's obvious that she really loves her work, and she is just tops at what she does. Our house had languished on the market with a different agent for months before we pulled it off, regrouped, and then hired her. She started aggressively marketing our home (for example, within the Coldwell Banker office she contacted colleagues who had clients who had lost out on other homes in bidding wars) before it even went back on the market. She was respectful of our budget while helping us make our house more marketable, and although she did convince us (by earning our trust!) to drop the price, she knew what our bottom line was and assured us she would be happy to walk away from any offer.
When the offers did come in, she was a tough negotiator and took good care of us -- we were so happy to have her representing us. There are a lot of agents out there; in today's market, sellers need someone who is aggressive and on the ball. (And a cheery demeanor sure helps with the stress factor.) We would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Tiffany!
