A licensed Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker, Tiffany Stechschulte has successfully represented Buyers and Sellers in single family homes, condominiums, income properties, 1031 exchanges, trust sales, as well as REO/foreclosure sales. Always employing use of the latest technology, she combines her marketing acumen, technological know-how, and superior negotiation skills to consistently deliver proven results to her clients.

Tiffany is noted for her diligence, credibility, and determination to help her clients succeed. From contracts to disclosures to escrow, she takes great care to protect her clients' interests. Her professionalism extends to all parties involved - her peers, mortgage consultants, escrow officers, inspectors, contractors, stagers - partners in making real estate transactions happen. Receiving the majority of her business from referrals is a testament to her dedication.

Prior to real estate, Tiffany spent ten years in the securities brokerage industry - as an Investment Consultant with Charles Schwab & Co. and later as a Marketing Consultant at Wells Fargo in San Francisco. With a strong financial background, she brings a wealth of investment knowledge and expertise to handling real estate matters.

A longtime Bay Area resident, Tiffany grew up in San Francisco and currently makes her home in the East Bay with her husband and three children.  An active school volunteer who's also committed to giving back to the community, she donates to various charities every year. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and going to the movies with her kids.
